We are ONLY providers for Delta Dental Premier, however, we also accept and participate with most other insurance plans. Please keep in mind that although we submit all claims to your insurance company, we do not have a relationship with them. Our relationship is with you, the patient. If for any reason there is a problem with your insurance, it is your responsibility to follow up with them.

- Composite Restorative Treatment (ex. Fillings)
